We accept eligible return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To request a return

Please Contact our customer service team before sending any merchandise. Do not return an item without receiving return instructions and authorization from us first.

Damaged or incorrect items

 Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the item and packaging when requested. Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Change-of-mind returns

Eligible merchandise must be unused and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return address

Do not send merchandise to the address shown on your order confirmation or to any address without authorization. The appropriate return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been processed, any eligible refund will be issued to the customer's original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
