Returns & Exchanges

At Hot Selections Field Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help with returns and exchanges.

Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials or flammable liquids
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software or digital products

How to Start a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@hotselectionsfieldshop.com or call 1-800-635-9149 with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

Step 3: Pack your item securely in the original packaging and ship it to the address provided.

Step 4: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to initiate an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted)
  • Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hotselectionsfieldshop.com

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will send you the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
