Click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see real-time updates on your package's location and estimated delivery time.

If you created an account during checkout, you can log in anytime to view your order history and tracking information.

Order Status Explained

Order Confirmed

We've received your order and payment. You'll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Processing

Your order is being prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days.

Shipped

Your order is on its way! You'll receive tracking information to monitor your delivery.

Out for Delivery

Your package is with the delivery carrier and will arrive today.

Delivered

Your order has been successfully delivered to the address provided.

Shipping Timeframes

Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day

Note: Processing time (1-2 business days) is in addition to shipping time.

Tracking Issues?

Tracking Number Not Working

It may take 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Please check back later.

No Tracking Update

If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, the package may be in transit between facilities. Contact us if there's no update after 5 business days.

Delivery Attempted

If delivery was attempted but unsuccessful, check with your local carrier about pickup options or rescheduling delivery.

Order Not Arrived?
