Track your order and stay updated on its progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Check Your Email
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.
Step 2: Track Your Package
Click the tracking link in your email or enter your tracking number on the carrier's website to see real-time updates on your shipment's location and estimated delivery date.
Step 3: Prepare for Delivery
Most carriers will provide an estimated delivery date. Make sure someone is available to receive the package, or check if your carrier offers delivery options like leaving it at a safe location.
Order Status Explained
Order Received
We've received your order and payment has been confirmed. Your order is being prepared for processing.
Processing
Your order is being picked, packed, and prepared for shipment. This typically takes 1-2 business days.
Shipped
Your order has left our warehouse and is on its way to you! You should have received a tracking number via email.
Out for Delivery
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
Delivered
Your order has been successfully delivered. If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or your building's mail room.
Tracking Issues
Tracking Number Not Working
It may take 24-48 hours after shipment for tracking information to appear in the carrier's system. Please wait a bit and try again.
No Tracking Update for Several Days
Occasionally, packages may not be scanned at every checkpoint. If there's been no update for more than 5 business days, please contact us.
Package Shows Delivered But Not Received
Check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or any safe location where the carrier might have left it. If you still can't locate it, contact us immediately.
Order Modifications
Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us immediately and we'll do our best to update the address. Once shipped, you may need to contact the carrier directly.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Delivery Timeframes
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days after processing
Note: Processing time (1-2 business days) is in addition to shipping time.
International Orders
International shipments may take longer and could be subject to customs clearance, which can add additional time to delivery. You may also be responsible for customs duties and taxes.
